I originally purchased my DryEar from the silent auction at DEMA. I am SOLD! I took mine on a 2 week liveaboard trip to the Solomon Islands and not only did I not have my usual ear infection after about 5 days, but neither did anyone else on the charter who used my unit. At first they would come up and ask politely if they could try it, but after a few days, my fellow divers would show up to watch my download photos and snatch up the Ear Dryer to use while they were watching. The only person who ended up with ear trouble at the end of the trip, was the one fellow who didn't want to use the Ear Dryer. I am a HUGE fan!

I'm sure that my wife will be very, very pleased with your product. She and I both scuba dive, and she has a lot of trouble with her ears. Equalizing, for the first several dives, is a real chore. She also wears Docs ProPlugs to try to keep water from entering the auditory canal. But, because the plugs are vented (to allow for equalization), some water still gets in. I have lots of gadgets—this one gets used each morning after a shower because it really works. My hearing aid battery life is about double. I hear better—the car radio volume used to be on 45 for me to hear—it is now on 25. I was sending my hearing aids in for maintenance once each six months or so—always the same thing—too much moisture in my ears. Not a problem anymore.

I purchased an Ear Dryer earlier this year. I just wanted to take this opportunity to compliment your company on a very fine product. Two years ago I would have constant sinus problems after doing deep dives in a local pool, the condition would last for days on end leaving me miserable, and the specialist I saw about the condition was not very effective, in my opinion. My dad invented this Dry Ear thing and it couldn’t have come at a better time. I went on a surf trip with my friends and brought a few DryEars with me. We surfed at a river mouth called Bocca Barranca in Costa Rica and the water quality was absolutely disgusting. The waves were unbelievable so we had no choice but to brave the foul water. Bottom line is, we’d have definitely had a problem with our ears if we hadn’t been able to dry out that stanky water immediately after surfing.
