We here at Sahara Design and Marketing Group stand behind our product. If your ear dryer ceases to work properly in the first year of use we will gladly replace it. All you need to do is fill out this Warranty Form and ship your defective unit to the address on the form and we will either repair or replace it at no charge. Of course we will only do this if the problem occurred under normal use. If it fell off your dive boat into the water, or bounced on the pavement, please don't expect us to replace it under warranty. We will examine the unit to see if you have unnecessarily damaged it and at our discretion will decide if it qualifies for warranty replacement.

offers a 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee on all products

returned in "new condition" with all accompanying accessories and
parts. Any and all shipping costs for the return of the product are
the responsibility of the returning party. This return policy applies

Simply contact customer service at customerservice@dryear.net or (800)319-0476. Let them know you would like to return the Sahara DryEar for a full refund and they will give you instructions for returning it.
